What does Pulse Rep actually do?

What does it cost?
$500 a month includes up to 3 Google Business Profile locations, and each extra location is $150 a month. Every feature is included, with no per-seat fees, month to month.
What do I need to connect?
Your Google Business Profile, with owner or manager access to your locations. ServiceTitan and GoHighLevel are optional and unlock customer matching, job history, texting and your pipeline board. We set the connections up with you.
How long does setup take?
Most businesses are live within about a day. There's nothing to install and no new software for your team to learn.
Can Pulse Rep remove bad reviews?
No. Only Google can remove a review, and Pulse Rep never posts fake reviews. It flags reviews that may break Google's rules so you can report them, and helps you reach unhappy customers before they post.
Is my customers' data safe?
Stored connection credentials are encrypted, data travels over TLS, and access is by invitation with roles. We never sell your data, and our AI runs on a paid tier that doesn't train on it.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. It's month to month with no contract. You can also ask us to export or delete your data at any time.
