Terms of Service

Pulse Rep is a subscription dashboard for home-service businesses that brings your Google reviews, customer conversations, and job history into one place.

Access is invite-only. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. Only people your workspace invites may use it.

Pulse Rep is billed monthly at $500 for up to three locations, plus $150 per additional location, through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime and keep access through the current billing period; fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

Use Pulse Rep only for your own business and its customers, and only lawfully. Don't attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the service, or use it to send unlawful or unsolicited messages.

You keep ownership of your business data. You grant us permission to process it to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

We work to keep Pulse Rep reliable, but it is provided “as is,” without warranties. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before a claim.

Either of us may end the arrangement. On termination, we will help you export your data.

We may update these terms; the date above will change and we will communicate material updates.
