Pulse Rep (“Pulse Rep,” “we,” “us”) provides a reputation and customer-communication dashboard for home-service businesses. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

Who this is for

Pulse Rep is a business tool used by the teams we onboard. For the business data our customers connect, we act as a service provider that processes it on their behalf.

What we collect

Account info. When you sign in — with an email and password, an emailed one-time code, or “Sign in with Google” — we receive the email and name on your account. We never see your Google password.
Business data you connect. Google Business Profile reviews and ratings, GoHighLevel conversations and contacts, and ServiceTitan customers, jobs, and invoices — pulled through the integrations you authorize, to power the dashboard.
Messages you send us. When you use the demo or contact form, or the help chat on our website, we receive what you write and the name, email, company and phone number you choose to give us, so we can reply. Chat questions are answered by Google's Gemini API on a no-training tier. The chat itself is only kept in your browser tab, unless you ask us to pass your question to the team.
Usage data. Basic logs needed to run and secure the service. On our public website we also count page visits and button clicks without cookies: we keep the page, the referring website and any campaign tag, never your IP address, and a visitor can't be recognized from one day to the next. If your browser sends “Do Not Track” or Global Privacy Control, we don't count you at all.
Free rating check. When you look up a business, we send your search to Google Maps to find it and show the result. We don't store what you searched.

How we use it

Only to provide the service: showing reviews and ratings, matching customers across your systems, drafting replies and reports, and billing. We do not sell your data or your customers' data, and we do not use customer data to train public AI models — our AI runs on a paid tier under no-training terms.

Who we share it with

We rely on trusted providers strictly to run Pulse Rep, each receiving only what it needs: Google (sign-in and Business Profile), Supabase (database and authentication), Railway (hosting), Stripe (billing), Resend (email), and Google's Gemini API (AI drafting, on a no-training tier).

Data retention & security

We keep your data while your workspace is active, and delete or return it on request. Access is restricted, stored credentials are encrypted, and connections use TLS.

Your choices

You can disconnect any integration, request an export or deletion of your data, or close your account at any time by contacting us.

Google API disclosure

Pulse Rep's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
