Pulse Rep (“Pulse Rep,” “we,” “us”) provides a reputation and customer-communication dashboard for home-service businesses. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices.
Who this is for
Pulse Rep is a business tool used by the teams we onboard. For the business data our customers connect, we act as a service provider that processes it on their behalf.
What we collect
- Account info. When you sign in — with an email and password, an emailed one-time code, or “Sign in with Google” — we receive the email and name on your account. We never see your Google password.
- Business data you connect. Google Business Profile reviews and ratings, GoHighLevel conversations and contacts, and ServiceTitan customers, jobs, and invoices — pulled through the integrations you authorize, to power the dashboard.
- Usage data. Basic logs needed to run and secure the service.
How we use it
Only to provide the service: showing reviews and ratings, matching customers across your systems, drafting replies and reports, and billing. We do not sell your data or your customers' data, and we do not use customer data to train public AI models — our AI runs on a paid tier under no-training terms.
Who we share it with
We rely on trusted providers strictly to run Pulse Rep, each receiving only what it needs: Google (sign-in and Business Profile), Supabase (database and authentication), Stripe (billing), Resend (email), and Google's Gemini API (AI drafting, on a no-training tier).
Data retention & security
We keep your data while your workspace is active, and delete or return it on request. Access is restricted, stored credentials are encrypted, and connections use TLS.
Your choices
You can disconnect any integration, request an export or deletion of your data, or close your account at any time by contacting us.
Google API disclosure
Pulse Rep's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
